With an enriching 27 years of professional experience in business leadership roles within leading organizations like Siemens, Tata, Wipro & NTT, Vinu turns out to be a passionate and empathetic human, and a mentor to many aspiring leaders, across industries. In his career span so far, he has been instrumental in winning multiple Strategic Outsourcing deals and has led large cross functional teams with revenue portfolio exceeding USD 100 Million.

 

As the Co-Founder and Director, Vinu drives the finance, investor relations, growth strategies, business expansion, customer acquisition and technology partnerships in his charter to rapidly transform Tecplix, to the league of World Class Organizations.

 

Being a passionate traveller who loves to drive a thousand miles every weekend, Vinu spends most of his leisure on seeking and exploring new destinations. He also turns out to be an avid reader, and a Leadership Coach.

Dr. Shubhamangala Sunil
Advisor

Dr. Shubhamangala is one of the leading Cyber Security experts in India. Over her career spanning 20 years, she has managed and delivered information security projects and services to organizations ranging from SMEs to Global Enterprises. She has also worked extensively with Public Sector Organizations and various Government Departments in India, Australia, USA, Middle East and South-East Asia. She has been an advisor to various Government functionaries including the Supreme Court of India, The Indian Navy and NTPC.
Her expertise spans across Technical Training, Syllabus Building, Cyber Security Auditing, Forensics, Cyber Policy Building, Implementation and acting as a Consultant in cyber law, assisting in the cyberspace, irrespective of the Sector or Domain. Currently, she is National Cyber Safety and Security Standards Technical Committee Member and a Certified Anti-terrorism Specialist.
As a recognized Consultant in Cyberspace, she speaks regularly at industry conferences like the APWG, STC of USA, NASSCOM, ASSOCHAM, FKCCI, various Symposiums at the international stages and conferences conducted at the university level. She has designed the curriculum for cybersecurity at the National Law School of India. She is also the American Ambassador in Asia for APWG – Anti-Phishing Working Group.
As an Advisor to Tecplix, her primary focus would be to leverage her global expertise and industry connects to areas like products and services refinement and market reach, within Tecplix.

ROY THOMAS
Director

A self-made business-man and a passionate human, Roy is relentlessly chasing many of his long-cherished dreams. He started his career in the hospitality sector way back in 1994, and kept moving from India to various middle eastern countries till finally he has settled down in Dallas, in the US by founding Zenith IE and General Trading LLC, focusing on international trade in Engineering Products, Industrial Equipment and tools, Safety Systems, HVAC etc and catering to major suppliers of US Military and similar establishments. Roy has also founded ROMETCO General Trad. & Cont. Co. WLL Kuwait promoting supply of medical equipment and engineering products and subcontracting projects for electrical and low voltage cabling, glanding and commissioning to Oil and Energy Industry, Petrochemical Plants and Power Plants for both Local and International Contractors.

 

As the Director of Tecplix, Roy was instrumental in establishing our US entity and his charter would be to lead the US business with geo expansions, strategic alliances and channel development.

 

Unless he is occupied with philanthropic engagements on weekends, Roy spends most of his leisure time striving to be a perfect Dad to his two kids.

LOKESH SHAHAPUR
Co-Founder

Lokesh is a technology enthusiast and always considers himself as an apprentice of technology. He has over 19 years of experience in leadership roles, with large enterprises. He has led many transformational projects in different domains spanning Super Computing, Data Centres, End User Services, Large Scale IT Provisioning, Service Operations and Delivery. He has served in Industry verticals like Retail, Hospitality, Logistics, Finance, and IT enabled Services. He has been associated with organisations like C-DAC, Tesco, Xerox and First Advantage (Symphony Technology Group) before conceptualizing Tecplix Technologies.

As the Co-Founder and Director of Tecplix, his primary focus area would be to spearhead the technology evangelist role and ensure the adoption of best-fit technology solutions to transform the IT landscape of our esteemed partners. Lokesh would also lead large transformational delivery assignments, bringing together global standards and local expertise.

In his spare time (especially Sundays) Lokesh likes to do two things – in order of priority, to take his bike for a long ride outside the city limits and to watch different genre of movies relaxing back at home.

JAYAKRISHNAN MENON

Jayakrishnan is the perfect personification of a highly-skilled technology professional, turning out to be a versatile business leader, over the 25 years of his career span.

During the late ’90s, in his early years in the Indian Navy, he was pivotal in building and operating the best-in-class Network & cybersecurity solutions for the Naval Commands, apart for designing and implementing networking & wireless infrastructure and communication technology for Naval Air stations & Naval Aircraft carriers. Later in his corporate career, Jay has been instrumental in running and transforming globally dispersed IT operations, comprising of millions of endpoints and thousands of technology professionals, leading the entire Program Delivery, Technology Adoption and the Digital transformation. In Tesco Fresh & Easy – his past employers – he has led the design and implementation of complex and enterprise-wide IT Transformation Projects worth Millions of Dollars – And adding a feather to his coat of excellence, he has worked as the Head of Data Centre, Platforms and IT Security for QuEST Global Engineering – world’s Third largest engineering Services organisation. Jay has also been integral part of designing, building and transforming the global IT Infrastructure & mobility solutions across multiple Geographies, for various fortune 100 Organisations.


At Tecplix, as the co-founder and Director, Jay’s charter would be to lead and grow the Consulting Practices and the Technology Services Business. His focus areas would be Cyber Security, Hyper-Converged Platforms, AI, Dev Sec Ops, Advanced Cloud Services, Data Centres, Mobility, Automation, and IT Service Management, as Tecplix is well poised to lead large scale Consulting and Managed Services engagements in these areas.

Being a technology enthusiast, Jay spends most of his leisure time, bringing himself up-to-date on latest in the ICT domain. Jay is married to Reshmi and is the proud father of Suthirth.
